Customer Service Representative
A logistics and freight-forwarding company in SeaTac, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support cargo coordination, documentation accuracy, and customer communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $21.30$24/hr DOE
Schedule: SundayThursday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM
Your Responsibilities:
- Cargo coordination
- Customer & vendor communication
- Documentation accuracy
- Workflow monitoring
- Billing & claims processing
- Customer-focused support
For the experience:
1 years of logistics experience is preferred but not required.
1 2 years of experience in a customer service setting, he believes in transferable skills and the team is okay teaching the new hire the industry.
The candidate must know the type of customer service we mainly offer is not over the phone but rather more heavy with emails. So email literacy is a big plus as well.
