Collections Specialist We are partnering with a growing organization in Houston to add a Collections Specialist to their team. Why this Opportunity: Join a well-established, growing organization with a strong presence in the Houston market Be part of a stable and expanding company with a nationwide footprint Collaborative team environment with a mix of in-office and remote professionals Key Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist: Manage a high-volume collections portfolio (approximately 800 accounts) Handle accounts ranging from low balance to high-value (up to $100K) Oversee a portfolio totaling approximately $2.5M$6M Perform consistent follow-up on outstanding balances via phone and email Maintain detailed records of collection activity and account status Utilize Excel (pivot tables required) to track, analyze, and report on collections data Qualifications of the Collections Specialist: Strong experience in high-volume B2B collections Proven ability to manage a large and complex accounts portfolio Excellent communication and negotiation skills Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables Ability to work both independently and as part of a team If you have strong collections experience and are comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio, we'd love to connect with you.
