Experienced In-Home Sales Professionals Wanted

4 State Home Improvements is expanding our Walk-In Tub Division and is looking for an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to serve the Knoxville market and surrounding communities .

This is a Road Warrior sales position designed for an experienced salesperson who enjoys working independently, doesn't need to be micromanaged, and genuinely enjoys working with seniors.

You'll help seniors, veterans, homeowners with mobility challenges, and families find solutions that can make bathing safer and help people remain comfortable and independent.

If you're an experienced in-home closer who wants the company to provide the opportunity, product, training and support — and then let you do what you know how to do — sell — we'd like to talk.

This Is NOT an Entry-Level Sales Position

Previous in-home sales experience is required.

We're looking for someone who already understands how to:

• Run an in-home sales appointment
• Establish trust and rapport quickly
• Conduct a proper needs analysis
• Present a high-ticket home improvement product
• Discuss financing and investment
• Handle objections
• Ask for the business
• Complete the necessary paperwork
• Manage appointments and a territory independently

New representatives receive a one-day virtual training class covering the product, pricing, paperwork and sales process. After training, you'll be in the field putting your experience to work.

Your Territory — Knoxville & Surrounding Areas

Your home base will be the Knoxville metropolitan area .

This is not a desk job.

Representatives should be prepared to run appointments throughout a regional territory, generally within approximately a two-hour radius of their home .

That may include opportunities throughout East Tennessee and surrounding communities , with the potential to reach into neighboring areas depending on available appointments and company needs.

There will occasionally be opportunities to travel outside your normal territory based on company needs and available appointments.

For approved overnight assignments, lodging is available, along with applicable travel support.

You must enjoy being on the road and be comfortable managing yourself without someone standing over your shoulder.

Our ideal salesperson doesn't just know how to close.

You need to like people.

A significant portion of our customers are seniors considering a walk-in tub because traditional bathing has become difficult — or because they're planning ahead for the future.

Listening, patience and the ability to build trust are extremely important.

You're not simply selling a product. You're helping homeowners and their families make decisions about safety, comfort and independence .

Compensation

4 State Home Improvements offers a highly competitive performance-based compensation opportunity for experienced in-home sales professionals.

Our compensation package includes:

• Strong commission opportunity

This is a performance-driven sales position . Your income will depend on your ability to run appointments professionally and close business.

Experience That Transfers Well

We are interested in experienced in-home salespeople from backgrounds such as:

• Walk-in tubs
• Bathroom remodeling
• Windows
• Roofing
• Siding
• HVAC
• Solar
• Water treatment
• Other high-ticket home improvement products

Walk-in tub experience is a plus, but it is not required .

Successful high-ticket in-home sales experience is required .

• Previous in-home sales experience
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to drive a regional territory
• Ability to occasionally travel overnight
• Ability to work independently
• Professional demeanor
• Comfortable working with seniors and families
• Ability to learn products and sales processes quickly
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments when needed
