Senior Office Specialist Location: Riverside, CA Pay Rate: $22.66 - $30.36 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM We are hiring a motivated individual who keeps things moving. The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) and at least 3 years of administrative support experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, with experience in UWAM (Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Management) preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and multitasking skills, and accurate recordkeeping are key. Job Duties Track and maintain records using Excel spreadsheets File and organize vehicle inspection reports and related documentation Process invoices through the UWAM system Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately Make outbound calls as needed to support department operations Distribute incoming mail and correspondence Order and maintain office supplies inventory Process travel and training requests for employees Provide administrative and clerical support to department staff Maintain accurate records and assist with other office duties as assigned Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are included.
