Details Stepdown Intermediate Care unit within a dedicated Stroke Unit 30-bed unit with a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio Cares for patients with medical, DKA, cardiac, GI, renal, sepsis, trauma, and surgical needs Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15 13-week assignment length Requirements Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required NIH Stroke Scale certification required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start Must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address Additional Information Provide nursing care to a medically complex patient population on a dedicated Stroke Unit Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate that varies by state Travelers should discuss extension opportunities with their manager at least 45 days before the assignment end date COVID vaccination is not required American Traveler Job ID P-714394.
