Back & Front Office Medical Assistant

Pay: $23/hour

Placement: 6-month contract-to-hire (attached benefits)

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5pm OR 9am-5:30pm
• Friday & Saturday: scheduled for 4 hours each day between 8:30am-2pm

Responsibilities:

Back Office

• Rooming patients
• Work with patients of all ages
• Checking patient vitals
• Administer injections and pediatric vaccines
• Assisting with minor procedures

Front Office

• Utilize Athena EMR system
• Checking patients in/out
• Patient registration
• Processing referrals
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurance

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
