Role Description The Door to Door Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Frisco, TX. This position involves canvassing local neighborhoods, introducing homeowners and businesses to roofing and exterior services, and generating qualified leads through direct, face-to-face engagement. Daily responsibilities include presenting service offerings, answering questions, scheduling inspections or estimates, and accurately recording customer information. The representative collaborates with the sales team to follow up on leads, supports ongoing customer communication, and participates in training and team meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques suitable for door-to-door outreach. Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as learning and applying sales methods, supporting team performance, and contributing to ongoing improvement. Candidates may benefit from experience in the Beauty Industry or other customer-focused fields, demonstrating comfort with personal presentation and direct client interaction. Additional beneficial qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, ability to work outdoors and walk extensively, basic computer or mobile app skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
