Pay: $18–$22/hour + Commission + Bonuses
Target Year 1 Earnings: $55,000–$85,000

Auto Dealers Digital is opening a Dallas office and building its founding sales team. We sell software solutions to more than 4,000 car dealerships across the U.S. and Canada, and we're looking for motivated, bilingual English/Spanish Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to build a career in sales.

You don't need automotive experience. You don't need a college degree. You don't need previous SaaS experience.

What we're looking for is someone who can confidently pick up the phone, handle rejection, build rapport, and keep going until they close the deal.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to automotive dealerships across the U.S. and Canada.
• Introduce and sell Auto Dealers Digital software solutions.
• Build relationships with dealership owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs and communicate how our products can help their dealership.
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up with prospective customers.
• Close new accounts and earn commission on every qualifying sale.
• Maintain consistent outbound activity and work toward individual sales targets.
• Participate in hands-on sales training and shadow experienced team members before calling independently.

Your pipeline is yours. Your deals are your deals. No lead-stealing.

Compensation & Commission

Base Pay

• $18–$22/hour
• Paid weekly

Copilot: $599/month plan

• $75 per signup
• Increases to $150 per signup at Tier 2

Autopilot: $699/month plan, including Carla AI Agent

• $125 per signup
• Increases to $250 per signup at Tier 2

Tier 2 begins once you reach the monthly sales threshold; the more you sell, the more you can earn per deal.

Additional incentives include:

• $1,000 quarterly bonus for achieving personal quota
• Monthly team bonus when the sales team reaches its target
• Target Year 1 total earnings: $55,000–$85,000

Earnings ranges are targets and are not guaranteed.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls
• Confident communicating and building relationships over the phone
• Strong work ethic and willingness to consistently prospect for new business
• Resilient and comfortable handling objections and rejection
• Motivated by sales goals, commissions, and performance-based earnings
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work consistently in the office
• Able to commute to the Dallas/DFW office Monday through Friday
• Authorized to work in the United States

Experience That Can Translate Well

Previous sales experience is not required; we provide training. Candidates from backgrounds such as these are encouraged to apply:

Successful representatives also have a defined advancement path, with the opportunity to progress from Inside Sales Representative → Senior Inside Sales Representative → Outside Field Representative within approximately 12–18 months.
