JOB SUMMARY 

The CPPI Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! This position can be based out of our Gainesville, Jacksonville, or Tampa office locations.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of proposal and marketing deliverables. This role will work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to ensure materials are accurate, consistent, professional, and completed in accordance with project requirements and deadlines. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with proposal development, presentation preparation, client communications, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing, communications, business development, or related experience.
• Experience in the construction AEC industry preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
• Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms, and website content management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, professional-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the company's marketing, branding, communications, and business development initiatives.
• Create, maintain, and distribute marketing materials, presentations, project sheets, resumes, and qualification packages.
• Write, edit, and proofread corporate communications, including press releases, project announcements, award submissions, and promotional content.
• Assist with proposal preparation, client presentations, and business development efforts.
• Maintain marketing databases, project information, client references, and branding resources.
• Coordinate advertising opportunities, promotional items, photography, videography, and project documentation.
• Support company participation in trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, networking events, and community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather content that highlights company projects, achievements, and culture.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with company brand standards and messaging guidelines.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination for corporate and client-related functions.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to support business development strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
