Experienced Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service on every interaction.
Order Management: Assist customers with placing new orders, tracking existing shipments, and issuing replacements for damaged goods.
Product Data Entry: Input and update product details, inventory information, and customer records in our internal database with high accuracy.
Administrative Support: Perform light paper filing, maintain organized record systems, and assist with general office tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service and data entry roles.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, phone-friendly manner.
Technical Skills: Strong typing speed and accuracy; comfortable navigating data management software and order systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer issues, damaged shipments, and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and maintain organized paper and digital files.

Schedule & Work Environment

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8-5
Work Location: 100% In-Office
