VP, Consumer Loan Origination Strategy

SchoolsFirst FCU in California seeks a Vice President to set strategic direction and lead consumer loan origination across direct, indirect, contact center, branch-assisted, digital channels. You will partner with senior leadership to drive growth, improve the member experience, and scale operations with data-driven decisions.

The role requires extensive experience in consumer lending, multichannel strategy, and a proven ability to lead large teams while maintaining risk controls and regulatory
