Marketing Manager - Retention & Lifecycle Long Island City, NY 11101 | Onsite | $95,000 - $105,000 /yr | Full-Time A well established and growing fashion retail brand with a strong direct-to-consumer presence is hiring a CRM Manager to lead their Email & SMS strategy across eCommerce, retail, and events. What You'll Do: Own the Email & SMS/MMS campaign calendar across eCommerce, retail, and special events Build advanced marketing automation, subscriber journeys, and triggered communications to grow engagement and customer lifetime value Partner with the Creative team on campaign content, copy, and design briefs Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, flows, and transactional emails in Klaviyo and Attentive Maintain full administration of the CRM system, ensuring clean data and privacy compliance Collaborate with Performance Marketing, eCommerce, and Retail teams to align CRM strategy with business goals Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable optimizations Design and test subscriber growth campaigns across digital touch points Build reporting and dashboards to track KPIs for leadership What You Bring: 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or Email/SMS within a D2C, omni channel environment Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Hands on experience with Klaviyo and Attentive strongly preferred Working knowledge of GA4 and Triple Whale or similar analytics tools Strong segmentation and personalization experience Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and CAN SPAM Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and thriving in a fast paced environment What's In It For You: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Investment Options FSA and HSA Programs Commuter Benefits and Employee Assistance Program Paid Holidays and PTO Accrual Performance Bonus This is a high visibility role with real ownership and room to grow.
