ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1990 and currently lead a team of 11. State Farm has been my career from the very beginning - I joined the company after college and have been passionate about helping customers and developing successful team members ever since. I'm the proud mother of six children, one of whom is also a State Farm agent, and outside of work you'll often find me cheering on a baseball game or spending time with my Yorkie puppy.

Giving back is an important part of who I am. I'm passionate about supporting autism awareness initiatives, veterans, women's empowerment programs, small business owners, and other organizations that help strengthen our local community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tammy White - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
