Work Environment As a remote position, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from any location while remaining a vital part of our community health clinic. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional flexibility to adjust hours based on client needs. This setting allows you to focus on providing care while minimizing administrative burdens, ensuring an efficient and client-centered practice. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify individual needs and craft personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies and solution-focused approaches. Implement therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities, to facilitate client progress. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to safeguard client information. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment strategies. Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service delivery and refine therapeutic practices. Provide education and resources to empower clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources. Stay informed about the latest research developments and best practices in the mental health field to continually elevate the quality of care provided. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse client base, providing care to individuals from various backgrounds who are struggling with a range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and anxiety disorders. Your ability to employ culturally competent therapeutic practices will be essential in meeting the unique needs of each client. Qualifications A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia. Strong ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to individual client needs while employing solution-focused strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to foster effective client relationships. A willingness to engage in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a culture of mutual support and professional growth. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a community health setting is highly desirable, along with familiarity with integrated care models. Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural influences on mental health. Knowledge of evidence-based practices within various therapeutic modalities is preferred. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
