CCM Business Solutions Inc is a growing administrative consulting firm supporting small businesses. We're seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financials across multiple client accounts from our on-site team in Uxbridge, MA — a hands-on role with direct client impact across bookkeeping, payroll, and operations.

What You'll Do:

• Record and maintain bookkeeping transactions in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank, credit, and payment processing accounts
• Prepare Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Prepare client invoices, estimates, and billing reminders
• Manage weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll processing (ADP)
• Handle vendor setup, W-9 collection, and database management
• Sort and manage incoming mail, bills, and payments
• Complete year-end journal entries, W-2/1099 filings, and CPA communication
• Support QuickBooks setup, migration, and financial report sharing
• Assist with general office tasks: filing, scanning, and scheduling

What You'll Bring:

• Accounting knowledge required; QuickBooks experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Small business or administrative experience a plus
