\n Your clinical efficiency is fully supported by our active, fully equipped Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) . This allows you to transition your high-volume outpatient procedures—including BPH therapies, stone cases, cystoscopies, and specialized canvas work—away from slow, administratively bogged hospital operating rooms and into a streamlined, physician-controlled environment built for maximum efficiency and wRVU generation.\n

\n Our organization consists of vascular surgery, general surgery, pain management, primary care, and our own ambulatory surgery center.  We are a well established, reputable and stable group with 10 medical providers, physicians and mid-levels.  With over 15 years of presence on the market, we have established a very large referral basis from primary care clinics and specialists.\n

\n This is a true partnership track, not a decade-long audition. Eligible partners reach equity status in as little as 1–2 years — well ahead of the 3–5 year (and often 5–7 year) norm at massive multi-specialty or hospital groups. You will see the practice's financials, sit in on strategic decisions, and have a real vote before you are a partner — not just after.\n

\n Our model is designed to reward clinical volume and high-margin ancillary revenue, not punish it.\n

• Base Salary: $475,000–$550,000 (well above the regional hospital-employed baseline).
\n
• Production Bonus: Uncapped wRVU bonus at $60–$68/wRVU once target is cleared.
\n
• No Soft Ceiling: With three regional offices feeding cases into an efficient ASC environment, your realistic total compensation at full productivity runs $650,000–$850,000+ . This puts you ahead of Bay Area take-home pay without the staggering Bay Area cost of living.

• Onboarding Support: $30,000–$75,000 signing bonus plus comprehensive relocation assistance.
