Most vascular surgery jobs sell you a salary. We're selling you a stake and salary and production bonus.

Our vascular group consists of two vascular surgeons.  Our vascular group is under the roof a larger group that consists of vascular surgery, general surgery, pain management, primary care, and our own ambulatory surgery center.  Our locations are in three locations in California: Sacramento, Fairfield and Napa.  We are a well established, reputable and stable group with 10 medical providers, physicians and mid-levels.  With over 15 years of presence on the market, we have established a very large referral basis from primary care clinics and specialists. We are looking to bring onboard a vascular surgeon who is trained in both arterial and venous areas of vascular surgery.

\n We are looking for a board-certified (or board-eligible) vascular surgeon who's done being a cog in a hospital system's productivity machine and is ready to own something. We are also interested in Vascular Surgery Fellows.  If you're the surgeon who already knows your case volume could be higher, your say in how the practice runs could be greater, and your upside should be uncapped — keep reading. Base salary with an uncapped production bonus will bring your total compensation at full productivity to $650,000–$800,000+, putting you ahead of Bay Area vascular surgeon pay without the Bay Area cost of living. No soft ceiling: the more complex cases you take on, the more you make.

Case volume and complexity that keeps you sharp. High-acuity referral base including complex EVAR/TEVAR, dialysis access, limb salvage, and venous work — not a schedule padded with routine consults to hit numbers.
