Rachel 'Zoe' LaMantia has graciously permitted us to share her career snapshot since she began working for EnergyLogic in 2017. Zoe has progressed from a Rating Field Inspector (RFI) to a certified RESNET Energy Rater, a Quality Assurance Specialist and Trainer, and then a Quality Assurance Designee. We interviewed Zoe in 2019 to learn more about her journey, aspirations, and advice for future energy Raters!

Zoe currently resides in Hawaii, the Aloha State, handling energy inspections and customer relations for our Green Building Hawaii division on Oahu as a Senior Energy Rater.

Open Positions

We have an immediate opening on our Logistics/Customer Support Team. We have a hybrid workplace in our downtown Berthoud, CO headquarters. (This position can be performed mostly remotely after a 6 week in-person training period.)

The Logistics Team is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and effective scheduling of our building science experts, up and down the Front Range, from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Pueblo, CO, and for providing professional, helpful communications with our clients.

Required skills/experience:

• 3+ years experience working in a busy office environment
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
• Efficient, extremely detailed oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Tech savvy--must be able to easily learn new software & apps
• Must be a team player--willing to pick up where someone else left off, trade shifts and help team members with PTO and family emergencies
• Interpersonal skills highly valued--friendly, positive, helpful, and kind

This position is Mon - Fri, minimum of 26 hours per week and, on occasion, could be as high as 32 hours per week if helping out a teammate.

While this is a job that can be largely performed remotely, applicants MUST reside in a location easily accessible to the Berthoud, CO office as there will be some in person, in office, time required.

EnergyLogic is looking for Rating Field Inspectors part-time, flexible hours (020/week), W-2 employment, $22/hr. We do energy efficiency inspections on new construction across the Front Range.

Job Details:

• Blower door & duct testing, rough inspections, re-inspections Must be comfortable on active construction job sites
• Trade or inspection background preferred but the right attitude and aptitude matter more
• Certification covered if you don't have it
• Equipment provided, mileage reimbursed
• Clean driving record
• Have a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs

HVAC Specialist at EnergyLogic

EnergyLogic is seeking an entry-mid level HVAC Specialist for Denver area, with 1-5 years' experience in HVAC design.

The HVAC Specialist uses building schematics and details to properly size, design, and commission HVAC systems based on current industry best practices, standards and codes all combined to deliver services that exceed customer needs and expectations.

Salary/Benefits: Full-time positionSalary: $45,000 to $60,000/year, depending on experience level.
