- Dallas, TX - 75208- Flower Mound, TX - 75022 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Starting Pay: $22.00/Hour

Qualifications & Experience:
- Fluent in English and Spanish — REQUIRED
- Previous professional experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition.
- Employment agency or high-volume staffing experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with hiring for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, production, or industrial environments is a plus.
- Strong telephone communication and people skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage several hiring assignments simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with online recruiting websites, applicant databases, and hiring technology.
- Consistent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to establish positive relationships with applicants, coworkers, and customers.
- Dependable, professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
