Regional Business Development Manager

Regional Business Development Manager Responsibilities Establish new business opportunities through market research and networking Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are met Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets Foster trust-based relationships with key customers and stakeholders Hire, train and develop high-performing sales professionals Leverage community and industry networks to expand outreach Identify and manage top-tier customer portfolios to cultivate strong relationships and drive sales growth Travel within the region to meet with customers, and participate in industry events Refine sales strategies and processes using market feedback to achieve branch goals Lead negotiations and closing bid opportunities Qualifications Minimum of seven years of experience in related sales management or similar role Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a region Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated success in building and maintaining positive relationships with service-oriented customers and team members Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suire, CRM (Excel power user), and other business enterprise software Creativity and flexibility with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and shifting environment Solid working knowledge of forecasting and strategic planning.
