Location: Remote (Philippines)

Contract: Project-based (1 -3 month)

Start: Immediate

Fee: $700 (fixed)

Availability: Full-time for 30 days (approx. 30–40 hrs/week). Calls 9am–5pm PHT (UTC+8).

About us

Transportation on Demand Inc is hiring a contractor to design and build a scalable GoHighLevel platform for a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) service. Deliverables include a production-ready GHL account, clean structure, and a Loom walkthrough.

Skills

* Proven GHL experience: CRMs, pipelines, automations, billing flows
* Emphasis on scalable, maintainable structures and integrations (QuickBooks, Zapier, APIs)
* Clear communication, reliable delivery, and video documentation

Scope & Deliverables

* Full GHL buildout for NEMT:
* Dispatching system with driver assignment and status tracking
* Trip scheduling, live trip status fields, and basic tracking workflow
* Client & facility CRM with custom fields and segmentation
* Billing & invoicing: invoice templates, payment tracking
* Subscription and/or service-based billing logic
* Workflows/automations: booking confirmations, driver alerts, billing reminders, failed-payment follow-ups
* Basic accounting support: trip vs billed reconciliation fields and export-ready QuickBooks structure
* Clean pipelines, dashboards, admin views, sample data, naming conventions
* Loom walkthrough video and brief documentation

Billing approach (high-level)

* Subscription model: Product/Plan entries, Memberships or recurring invoices, automated payment reminders/failed-payment flows, subscription pipeline and MRR metrics.
* Service/per-trip model: Each trip creates a Deal with line items (rate, surcharges, discounts), auto-generate invoice on completion, batch invoicing for facilities, payment tracking and aging follow-up, reconciliation fields for accounting exports.

Requirements

* Proven GoHighLevel experience (CRM, automations, billing)
* Strong system design and workflow automation skills
* Integration experience (Zapier, webhooks, REST APIs) and QuickBooks familiarity
* Testing, QA, and documentation (Loom/video)
* Clear communication and reliability
* NEMT/dispatch/logistics experience and HIPAA awareness are a plus
