We are a boutique HR Firm looking for an experienced Field HR Consultant . Duties will include 50% travel throughout Southern California (San Diego, OC, Inland Empire, Los Angeles). Will work remote perform projects about 50%. Our incoming Consultants start in a part-time, non-exempt capacity while we grow their portfolio of clients before migrating to a full-time role with benefits. T his is not a position for a comfortable HR Generalist to work 9 - 5 in an office . Serious candidates must be hungry to work tirelessly and adapt to the needs of each client, including their HR systems and processes. The most successful candidates quickly rise the position of Vice President and Team leader in a shorter period of time than most other companies can offer. This is a rare type of position with unique opportunities All-Star candidates willing to make initial sacrifice with the potential for great gains and opportunities.
Essential Duties include:
-Onsite Client coaching, training, employee relations and HR Auditing
-Remote Project development, client consultation, recruitment, web meetings
-Legal compliance and Best practices HR Audit and development and implementation
Qualifications include:
-Willing to travel 50% throughout all of Southern California
-Strong experience with California Employment Laws, policies and processes, including, Leaves, Wage and Hours, Safety, Core Transactional, etc.
-Well-rounded HR General with experience in Core Transactional, Legal Compliance, Talent Development, Training and Strategic Organization Development
-Clear understanding that position will begin in a part-time, non-exempt position with high growth opportunity based on performance and opportunity.
