HR Generalist (Recruitment, Leave of Absence & Benefits Administration) Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role We are seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist to join our team and support a broad range of human resources functions, with a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment, leave of absence administration, and employee benefits. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic talent acquisition efforts with hands‑on employee support and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage full‑cycle recruitment for exempt and non‑exempt positions

Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and identify talent needs

Create and post job advertisements across various platforms

Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics

Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding leave requests and return‑to‑work processes

Monitor compliance with applicable leave laws and company policies

Maintain accurate benefits records and HRIS data

Support employee wellness and engagement initiatives

General HR Responsibilities Support employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

Assist with performance management, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Generate HR reports and maintain employee data accuracy

Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

3+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity

Demonstrated experience with full‑cycle recruitment, leave administration, and benefits management

Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus

Preferred Skills Experience supporting multi‑site or growing organizations

Knowledge of employee relations and compliance practices

Strong customer service mindset and employee‑focused approach
