Location: Fontana, CA
Position Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
Status: Non-Exempt

Position Overview

Blackrock Logistics is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role will assist with employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, compliance, and workforce support while helping foster a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, technology-savvy, and eager to grow their HR career within a dynamic organization. [RE: HR Admin | Outlook]

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and People & Culture functions.
• Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records management.
• Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes as needed.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company policies.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and HR-related systems to manage employee information and reporting.
• Collaborate with leaders and employees to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous Human Resources experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
