Responsibilities Manage construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout. Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety performance. Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders. Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements. Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives. Ensure construction activities comply with applicable codes, regulations, and contract requirements. Support client relationships through proactive communication and problem‑solving. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of construction management, owner's representative, project management, or construction administration experience. Experience managing commercial, municipal, infrastructure, educational, healthcare, or public‑sector projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and construction contracts. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Preferred Experience Municipal and public works projects. Infrastructure improvements and capital improvement programs. Educational, healthcare, and government facilities. Construction administration and inspection services. Scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
