Director of Product Strategy

SkyWater has recently been retained by awell established, nationally recognized brand headquartered in the Twin Cities is hiring a Director of Product Strategy to lead its product management function.This hire will help stabilize and build a group while continuing to run the company's highest-investment, most customer-visible product.
What makes this worth a move: This is a hands-on strategic seat at a company with real scale and brand recognition, not a title-only director role. You'd be shaping product direction for a business with thousands of locations, working directly withsenior leadership, and inheriting a team you get to help rebuild in your own image. Hybrid work, Twin Cities based, moderate travel. Base salary in the 180 to 200K range plusbonus.
