Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students' needs and track their progress. Direct Therapy Services: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help students improve their daily living skills. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to create and support each student's educational and therapeutic goals. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance and effective treatment. Requirements U.S. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. State Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapy license in Ohio. Educational Background: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting preferred, but we welcome passionate newcomers eager to make an impact.
