Located in the western suburbs of Chicago, with clinics in Woodridge and Batavia, Treehouse serves local families through in-clinic pediatric therapy services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Occupational Therapist role based in our Batavia clinic. The therapist will provide individualized therapy services to pediatric clients with a range of diagnoses in both clinic settings. Responsibilities include assessing and developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining detailed documentation. The therapist will work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support the development and well-being of each child. Qualifications Proficiency in sensory integration, social emotional and fine motor and other Occupational Therapy diagnoses Experience in pediatrics and working with children Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
