Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships through regular interactions and meaningful engagement.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather relevant client information, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records and progress notes that adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions to facilitate client growth, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Engage in individual supervision to reflect on practice, receive feedback, and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients, integrating various treatment modalities and services.

Qualifications\n
