Systems Administrator II Client-Facing Escalations (Remote)

Bmore Technology

Bmore Technology is hiring a Systems Administrator to join our White Marsh service team as the Level 2 escalation point, handling complex problems, maintaining healthy client networks, and guiding the Level 1 team.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on IT experience with multiple certifications and a strong ability to explain technical issues to clients in plain language. We offer work-from-home flexibility based on the on-call schedule and a White Marsh base.
