Carmanah Technologies (dba Synapse ITS) is looking for a motivated and outgoing student looking for a chance to work in the emerging market of Solar Technology for the September to December 2026 work term. This is a full-time, in-office position. You have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable promoting Carmanah’s brand while working closely with potential customers to generate interest, taking ownership of your area. Nitty Gritty Job Details:

• Ability and comfort in making outbound calls to qualified opportunities -- execute on lead generationand call program activities to grow the territory.
• Organize and manage an engaging team project during your work term.
• Develop proficiency and become knowledgeable on all products, programs and systems andintroduce technology to new potential customers.
• Research, identify and directly contact all relevant stakeholders and buying decision makers at all levelsof influence to introduce and market the applicable Carmanah products.
• Prospect for new customers and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Manage time effectively, meet goals and work effectively with other members of the sales teams.
• Use CRM system for all information regarding sales stages and prospects.
