Position Purpose

The Room Attendant is responsible for creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests. This role is essential to the guest experience — ensuring each room reflects the warmth, care, and attention to detail that defines Hotel Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms as needed.

• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost & found items promptly.

• Ensure proper care and use of cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Maintain positive communication with Housekeeping leadership and other hotel departments to support guest needs.

• Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional service with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required — training provided.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality.

• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.

• Must be dependable, organized, and guest-focused.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
