Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a significant impact by supporting the academic and emotional growth of students from preschool through high school in a dynamic school-based psychologist role. This in-person position offers the opportunity to work within a diverse, collaborative educational setting and requires a commitment to a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule. The position starts as soon as possible and continues through June 12, 2026.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active Delaware School Psychologist licensure (must be submitted with your application)
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, especially within preschool through high school age groups
  • Strong background in conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Active participation in special education meetings and IEP team processes
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills for managing a varied caseload
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in support of students' success
  • Comfortable supporting multiple age groups and sites within the Early Years Program
  • Reliable transportation to and from assigned locations
  • Willingness to complete required fingerprinting within the initial days of assignment

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete psychoeducational evaluations and develop detailed reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide expertise to inform educational planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive, effective interventions for students
  • Manage and organize cases across various grade levels
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
