Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware School Psychologist license (must be provided upon application)
• Previous experience working as a school psychologist, preferably with a broad age range (preschool through high school)
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and report writing
• In-depth involvement with IEP processes and collaborative intervention planning
• Comfortable managing varied caseloads and supporting multiple school sites
• Reliable transportation to ensure on-time attendance at all assigned locations
• Willingness and ability to complete district fingerprinting within the initial days of assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments for diverse student populations
• Author comprehensive reports and present findings to multidisciplinary teams
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing crucial recommendations
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and administrative staff to develop and implement individualized supports
• Advocate for students’ social, emotional, and academic needs across multiple grade levels
