Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity serving diverse student populations as a school-based psychologist. Support preschool through high school students by conducting psychoeducational evaluations, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with educators to foster student growth. This full-time, on-site position focuses on early years programming and requires engagement across multiple school sites in Wilmington, Delaware.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Delaware School Psychologist License (must be attached with application)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, with exposure to preschool, elementary, and/or high school environments
• Strong background in psychoeducational assessments and comprehensive report writing
• Confident participation in IEP teams and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Reliable transportation to accommodate multiple school locations
• Ability to commit to the full contract term—ASAP through June 12, 2026, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Willingness to complete required fingerprinting within the first days of assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and academic assessments for students aged preschool through high school
• Prepare in-depth psychoeducational evaluation reports
• Provide insights and recommendations; contribute as an integral member of IEP teams
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective learning and behavioral interventions
• Support the district’s early years program and be adaptable to varying caseloads
