Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract role supporting students' growth and well-being across preschool, elementary, and high school levels. This full-time, in-person school psychologist assignment offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing direct support within an early years program setting. You’ll be working on-site collaboratively with educators, administrators, and IEP teams to ensure students receive the best possible educational experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware School Psychologist license required (must be presented with your application)
• Prior experience as a school-based psychologist highly desired
• Demonstrated ability completing psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive report writing
• Background in participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable managing a varied school-age caseload (preschool through high school)
• Reliable transportation for traveling between multiple sites, if required
• Willing to complete required district fingerprinting within the first days of assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and prepare thorough written reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insight and recommendations
• Work collaboratively with district staff to address and support a wide range of student needs
• Support social, emotional, and academic development in early childhood, elementary, and secondary populations
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture

This full-time, on-site role runs through the end of the 2025-2026 school year, providing consistency and the chance to form lasting connections within a supportive district environment. Interviews are held virtually via Microsoft Teams and are typically 15–30 minutes.
