Business Development Manager

Job Description Senior Helpers of Geneva/Aurora is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to generate new leads, acquire clients, build referral partnerships, and drive business growth. The primary focus of this position is generating qualified leads, converting prospects into paying clients, and consistently increasing company revenue. Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and acquire new home care clients.
• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and healthcare professionals.
• Meet monthly client acquisition and revenue growth targets.
• Conduct outreach visits, networking, and community marketing activities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active clients.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business opportunities.
• Track leads, referrals, conversions, and sales performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, or marketing preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve measurable results.
• Home care, home health, hospice, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Existing healthcare referral relationships in Kane and Kendall Counties are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
