The Remote Technical Support Associate assists users with routine technical requests, software questions, access concerns, and basic troubleshooting. This entry-level, full-time remote opportunity is well suited to someone interested in technology who communicates effectively and enjoys helping users resolve common technical issues. Assist with incoming technical support requests. Gather information about reported technical concerns. Assist with routine software and account requests. Create and update technical support tickets. Document support interactions and troubleshooting actions. Route complex technical concerns to appropriate teams. Monitor assigned tickets and follow-up requirements.
