Customer Service Representative | Order Processing & Returns Support | Norcross, GA

Looking for a role where accuracy and customer support go hand in hand? As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage order entry, process returns, and communicate with customers across the country via phone and email. This role combines detailed data entry with cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.

Job Details

• Location: Norcross, GA

• Shift: 1st (11am-8pm Monday-Friday)

• Pay: $16/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform order entry and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

• Process customer returns efficiently

• Handle inbound and outbound phone and email communication

• Provide support to a wide range of customers across the country

What We Are Looking For

• Processing returns and entering the order information into the system.

• Process using 10 key methods and use of scanner

• Will cross train for all office, clerical, and call center duties.

• Need someone with attention to detail to process returns and orders accurately

• Previous data entry/ CSR experience is preferred

• Professional phone manner and the ability to work independently

• Ability to communicate to a wide variety of individuals via phone and email

• High school diploma or equivalent Minimum

• Must be computer literate and comfortable with data entry.

• Available for a regular weekend shift as needed.
