Role Description The Inbound Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Peachtree Corners, GA. This position focuses on handling inbound inquiries from prospective and existing customers, qualifying leads, and guiding organizations toward appropriate Corpay payment solutions. The representative will conduct needs-based conversations, provide product information and demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include managing a high volume of calls and digital inquiries, updating CRM records, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets. The role also involves staying current on Corpay’s products, industry trends, and compliance requirements to provide accurate, consultative guidance. Qualifications Strong consultative sales, lead qualification, and relationship-building abilities, with experience managing inbound customer inquiries. Effective communication, active listening, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex financial technology solutions in clear, accessible language. Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or similar), call handling tools, and standard office software to track interactions and manage pipelines. Basic understanding of business payments, banking, or financial technology, or a willingness to quickly learn payment workflows and related concepts. Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet sales goals, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple leads and tasks. Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
