The Chattanoogan Hotel, a Curio Collection by Hilton property and part of Ascent Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering Team. This position reports directly to the Chief Engineer and plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Engineering Department while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and exceptional guest environment. What we are looking for Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing the daily operations of the Engineering Department. Supervise and assist maintenance team members with daily assignments and projects. Perform and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel. Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, and guest needs. Assist with scheduling, work orders, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and exceptional service. Help ensure compliance with safety standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
