Accounting Specialist

This role will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting support, and assisting with monthly close activities. Job Details: Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Annual Salary: $53,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits (available after 90 days of employment): Vacation & Sick Pay Health, Dental & Vision 401K What We Need: A candidate with strong communication skills who is highly organized and able to develop strong relationships. This person must also be coachable, driven and experienced in collaborating with different people and cultures. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: Associate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience QuickBooks Online experience required Strong Excel skills Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and directly with leadership Job Description, Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks Online Process customer invoices and billing transactions Manage accounts payable and vendor payments Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts Monitor customer aging and collection activities Prepare weekly cash flow and accounts receivable reports Assist with monthly account reconciliations Support month-end close activities Prepare reporting packages for leadership and parent company review Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation Support external CPA requests and year-end reporting To learn more about us and read our reviews, visit our website at or contact Human Resources directly at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
