Financial Analyst
AccountStaff is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Financial Analyst to join our client's Pittsburgh office. In this pivotal role, you will support strategic financial decision-making by analyzing performance metrics, developing financial forecasts, and driving process enhancements within a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team. If you thrive on leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI and automation tools, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for enhancing operational efficiencies, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with ERP systems, especially implementation projects
- Knowledge of trust accounting principles
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar systems
- Experience supporting or participating in ERP system implementations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a professional services environment
Other Requirements:
- Onsite work at Pittsburgh office (4 days/week after an initial 90-day period of onsite 5 days/week)
