Electrical Engineering Manager – Hearing DevicesJohnson Health Tech (JHT) is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager – Hearing Devices with direct hearing aid or hearing device development experience to help shape the next generation of hearing technology platforms. This role sits within JHT's global R&D organization and plays a critical part in advancing electrical architecture, embedded systems, and hardware performance across hearing initiatives. In close collaboration with SyncLync and other strategic business units, this leader will help build scalable, forward-thinking technology that drives the industry forward. This is a high-impact engineering leadership role focused on innovation, technical rigor, and long-term platform development.Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Vice President of R&D, the Electrical Engineering Manager will lead the electrical engineering function for hearing device development programs. The ideal candidate brings prior experience developing hearing aids, hearing devices, hearables, or related electroacoustic products and a passion for advancing hearing technology through innovative, manufacturable design. They will translate product requirements into detailed technical execution plans, drive system architecture decisions, and guide projects from early concept through validation and production. This role partners daily with product marketing, audiology, industrial design, quality, suppliers, and manufacturing to ensure designs meet performance, regulatory, cost, and timeline objectives.
