Sous Chef – Birdwood Grill Position Summary
The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, team performance, and adherence to luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and culinary team
- Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Train and mentor culinary team members
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Uphold Forbes-level culinary and service standards

Qualifications
- 5+ years culinary experience, including leadership
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in upscale or luxury dining preferred
