Schedule: M-F | 5:30 AM 2:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS!!)

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Term: 2-4 month contract

Job Description: We are seeking a polished, reliable, and friendly Medical Receptionist to join a high-touch orthopedic medical practice. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a critical role in delivering a seamless and professional experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting patients
• Managing front desk operations
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Collecting and verifying patient information
• Coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical front desk, patient access, or similar healthcare role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Polished demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred (training provided)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
