Job Description Oversee daily medical operations within the facility. Provide direct patient care as needed while guiding clinical workflow. Collaborate with custody staff and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Maintain compliance with state and company policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Coordinate sick calls, medication administration, and treatment plans. Serve as the primary clinical point of contact at the site. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama. Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
