Job Details Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Pay Range: $32.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: up to $10,000 Extras: Shift differential for evenings, nights, weekends and full benefits About the Role Lead Care. As a Night Shift RN, you’ll serve as a clinical leader on the floor — guiding care, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional clinical and emotional support. Position Overview The Night Shift RN provides comprehensive nursing care, oversees clinical operations on the unit, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care.
