This role also provides leadership for Frozen and Beverage broker-managed business within the region, ensuring aligned execution, clear accountability, and strong coordination across internal teams and broker partners.Customers:Demoulas, Bozzuto's, Big Y, Krasdale Foods, Wakefern, Wegmans, Price Chopper, Tops.What you will do... Own the customer relationship and annual plan for assigned customer(s) and/or categoryDeliver Net Sales, Gross Profit, trade, and share targets on assigned deskDevelop and execute the annual customer plan, including promotional calendar and innovation introductionNegotiate customer-specific terms, promotions, and merchandising commitmentsTranslate category and brand strategy into customer-relevant selling storiesManage day-to-day customer interactions, line reviews, and business reviewsPartner cross-functionally to deliver an integrated customer agendaMaintain accurate forecasting and trade spend management on assigned deskLead broker-supported Frozen and Beverage business across assigned regional accounts, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution, and alignment to customer and category strategiesServe as the primary point of coordination for broker partners supporting Frozen and Beverage accounts, providing direction, monitoring performance, and escalating issues as neededDrive consistency in broker ways of working, communication, and execution standards across assigned broker-managed businessMonitor broker-supported account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve sales, profit, and execution resultsKey Deliverables:Annual Net Sales, Gross Profit, and trade spend performance on assigned deskOn-strategy, on-budget annual customer plan and promotional calendarInnovation launch execution meeting distribution and velocity targetsAccurate monthly forecast in line with S&OP standardsCustomer scorecard and plan commitments delivered on timeEffective broker execution across Frozen and Beverage accounts, including clear priorities, timely follow-up, and delivery against business objectivesStrong alignment between broker activity and internal customer, category, and execution plansWho you will work with... Partner with internal sales leaders, category, finance, supply chain, and retail execution teams to ensure broker activity supports customer commitments and business goals.What you bring to the table... (Must have)Bachelor's Degree6 years in CPG sales or customer-facing commercial rolesProven ability to deliver Net Sales and profit targets on a customer deskWorking knowledge of trade management, promotional planning, and Revenue Growth ManagementStrong analytical capability with syndicated data (Circana / NielsenIQ) and retailer POSEffective negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills with retail buyersExperience working with broker partners or indirect selling models preferredDemonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple accounts, stakeholders, and execution partnersIt would be great if you have... (Nice to have)Ability to travel approximately 20–30% of timeAbility to operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environmentThis role is remote. Preference is for the candidate to reside in the geography of the customers.Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $117,600-$161,700Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
