Job Description Our firm is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive paralegal support, working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment handling a wide range of tasks related to legal proceedings, client relations, and internal case management. Responsibilities Assisting with drafting and filing briefs in the Circuit Court Handle communication with clients, witnesses, etc. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings Draft legal documents Locate and develop case‑relevant information Maintain contact lists and monitor deadlines Ensure all client information is kept confidential Maintain and update databases and tracking systems Qualifications Experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar role Proficiency in legal management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of legal terminology, regulations and court system Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality Next Steps Interested?
